 As stated before Amerce provides “custom built” electronic surveillance systems. In doing so, Amerce distinguishes two activities. Designing a new system and rebuilding an existing system. It is therefore crucial that the customer demands are clearly communicated so Amerce can provide surveillance systems that meet all customer expectations.
We therefore implemented the following job approach:
The company, in discussion with client, provides an exhaustive listing of all the required features of the system.
On the basis of this listing a technical proposal is developed together with the basis of the software package.
 This will be accompanied by pictures and video’s of the areas to be kept under surveillance and documentation of the equipment to be incorporated. Depending on the size and complexity of the system a separate charge will be made for this facet of the work.
After the proposal is all agreed in detail a quotation is prepared and submitted to client for consideration.
We have existing arrangements with component suppliers on a year to year basis but are free to work with others wherever this is seen as desirable. Our own supply arrangements and the equipment we use from these sources are extensively vetted on a yearly basis and tested under rigorous circumstances. At that point they are also reviewed in regard to their quality / price ratio as compared to new products in the market.
As a result of the recent downward trend in the cost of camera equipment and electronics in general it is now becoming possible to keep a constant check on all functions of your business on a 24 hour basis, literally whilst sitting on the other side of the planet. You can instruct the system to save particular events and to forward them to you on your phone or to save on a hard disk for your return.
Everything is possible and all information can be made available both visibly and audibly at any time, it is merely a question of a “cost – benefit” analysis. Here we are able to help by giving you quickly a broad pencil outline (at no cost) of the sort of numbers you could be looking at. It is then up to you to see if this suits you and if so to instruct us to do a survey in detail and to prepare a proper quotation.
